It was such a tremendous honor to work with the amazing Jenny SuShe as we captured fun interviews from the main ballroom at the 1920's themed soiree. Guests walked the red carpet and sipped champagne. Host Sue Wong spoke about the history of the beautiful house nd all the famous guests that have stayed here. Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morrison and Marylin Monroe to name a few. Access Hollywood co-host Mario Lopez posed for photos and checked out the fashions.
Guests came decked out in their roaring 20’s attire. This event was in support of Legacy Charitable Foundation. So many celebrities attended. Mario Lopez (Access Hollywood co-host), Kaila Methven (KFC Heir/Lingerie designer @MadameMethven 1.7mil IG), Taryn Manning (Orange is the New Black), Mia Martina (@PrincessMiaMartina 646k IG), Kerri Kasem (Kasem Cares Founder/Host/Activist), Jordin Sparks, Khloe Terae (@Khloe 2.3 mil IG), Diana Maux (Latina Fitness Influencer 500k IG).
via https://www.suewong.com/the-cedars: The Cedars, a palatial historical estate which once encompassed terraced gardens lakes and fountains on 15 acres, was commissioned by French director and screen writer Maurice Tourneur (A Doll's House, Last of the Mohicans, Lorna Doone) in 1921 based on the Venetian styled palazzo of the Duke of Alba in Spain. Tourneur's masterpiece contains a multiplicity of magnificent details and reflects his creative vision. While Tourneur, in the midst of a divorce, decided to return to France before its construction was complete, the home subsequently served as host for a constellation of legendary Hollywood stars and musical royalty including Madge Bellamy, Norma Talmadge, Béla Lugosi, Errol Flynn, Howard Hughes, Marilyn Monroe, Jimi Hendrix, Lou Reed and the Velvet Underground, Dennis Hopper, Arthur Lee and the band Love, Bob Dylan, van Morrison, and Johnny Depp. It has also been featured in a number of Hollywood classics, including Sunset Boulevard (1949) and Easy Rider (1969).
